Loofah or Luffa is a natural, scrubbing sponge. It is the fibrous interior of plant Luffa aegyptiaca and it is ideal for body cleansing and exfoliation.
Tip: You can use the original size (of 50 cm) in the bath or shower to get those hard to reach places. Alternativelly you can cut it up in smaller pieces if it is more practical to you or if you want to make your own handmade loofah soaps.
Please note: since loofah sponges are 100% natural, none of them are in identical shape.

Wet your sponge in lukewarm water, add few drops of your cleanser and apply in a circular motion. Rinse off thoroughly under cool running water and dry before the next use.
