Returns
The customer has the right to return the product of his order and request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. In the event of the expiration of this period, he loses all rights.
The returned product must not have been used, must be in excellent condition, in its complete original packaging, which should not have damages and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be attached.
In this case, the customer will be charged for shipping costs.
