Ingredients:

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup coffee grains

1 tbsp. brown sugar 

Procedure: 

-Mix the ingredients together and store in a sealed glass container.

-Apply on wet skin and gently massage. Rinse off with plenty of water.

-Keep your scrub in the fridge. It will last up to three monts.

Moisturization with a mixture of body cream and apple cider vinegar

Moisturization is the key to healthy skin: sooths and softens the skin, offers hydration and nourishment, protects from harmful environmental factors, prevents dehydration and dry skin, and gives shine. Keep in mind, that a body cream or oil may not reduce cellulite, but it improves the overall appearance of the skin, making it more attractive.

To get an anti-cellulite effect, add few drops of apple cider vinegar in your cream or oil. Apple cider vinegar is rich in vitamins and minerals, and helps in the elimination of toxins and reducing of cellulite.

Apply the mixture twice a day (morning and evening) to all areas of your body prone to cellulite and wait until it is fully absorbed. Wait for minimum 2 months to see the desired results.

-Avoid wearing underwear that is too tight. It reduces blood flow and contributes to the formation of cellulite.

-Quit smoking. Smoking causes poor circulation and limits collagen production, leading to loose skin that makes cellulite more visible.
